[Gtkradiant] Analyzing the mapq3 parser & some suggestions

That are great news, but concerning the wiki, care must be taken about those guys that spam wikis or simply delete all of the content provided there, happened to us once at university :(

maybe make it HTACCESS protected so you have to register at the forum in order to find the password
