[Gtkradiant] r137 - GtkRadiant/trunk/tools/quake3/q3map2

Hey,

This change is a really bad idea. On some maps, disabling SnapPlane  
will result in an order of magnitude more unique planes in the BSP,  
hitting the plane limit or creating a very messy, bad BSP.

An alternative could be a shader parameter, q3map_no_snap_planes that  
you can put on your models’ shaders.
