[Gtkradiant] license question

That is true right now. The GtkRadiant source has not yet been released under the GPL, but this will happen in the next couple of weeks (hopefully).

I found nothing about GPL on the gtkradiant homepage. The only thing I found
was this: http://www.qeradiant.com/?data=legal
And this page says, that a commercial project requires a license of Quake3.

So, what is true now?
