[Gtkradiant] license question

The terms of the GPL are here:


GPL code can be used in commercial projects (ie. money is charged for
copies), as long as the commercial project's source code is also GPL

I'm pretty sure it means the opposite in this case: the GPL would
the commercial user to also release their source code.
