BUG REPORT

CPU/RAM/Operating System: xp2400+ 786mb ram win 200 pro
Hard Drive Space: 80gb
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: ati xtasy 9600 256mb agp
Version of GTKRadiant: Graydient coduo

Error:
The error is that the grid will not lock or change sized even though shows it constantly checkmarked yet will not stay in pressed status on the toolbar.

Cause of Error:
This problem has been active since first using the software even after completely reinstalling drivers and cod.
