"PROPFIND request failed on '/radiant'"

Check the Limit/LimitExcept on <Location /radiant> in httpd.conf. Make sure it
isn't require valid-user for PROPFIND.

I set up SVN with http read and https read/write for committers. The
virtual host config is pretty simple. Since zerowing's Radiant repository is
public readable, there's little reason to shove everything through https.
