new OSX release, 1.4.0 for OSX 10.3!
updated the faq instructions with installation instructions

this is a source installation atm, and requires fink unstable on OSX 10.3
there is an effort on http://fink.opendarwin.org/ to provide a binary
distribution for unstable. So the next step would be to provide an apt source
for GtkR .deb and rely on bbraun's packages. consider this an open call to
contributors, I won't have time to do it
