Summary: "Start on Primary Monitor" does not work (1.3.12)
           Product: GtkRadiant
           Version: 1.3
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Windows 2000/XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: editor
        AssignedTo: ttimo@idsoftware.com
        ReportedBy: WeblionOST@hotmail.com

I have a dual monitor system (GF4 Ti4200) and GTK R keeps starting up on the
left side of the screen (It is in floating mode). I tried moving it to the
monitor on the right, but upon restart it was back on the left. I enabled the
"Start on primary monitor" option, but it didn't start on it (Which is right
right one). The strange this is that while the monitor on the right is set as
primary, it has a big number "2" on it in the settings, though when you hover
the pointer over the image, it pops up a tool tip saying "Primary montor" and
the selection box is grayed out, as it should be if it is the primary monitor.
GTK R problem or Windows fluke?
