Patches applied. Since there is a version of Heretic 2 for the Mac, it would be
nice to get this working, but I don't think it's a high priority ATM [TTimo is
the final judge of that, though :) ]. 

Leaving this bug open since this disables H2, but doesn't give any configuration
option to enable/disable.
