The 1.3 setup no longer distributes q3map1
We need to show only q3map2 commands in BSP commands

The media setup would need to be updated
Need to look at that a bit closer to find out what really needs to be done
(there's also the topic of BSP commands / monitoring revamp, that's a seperate
bug report)
