- applied the patch to the core code
- added the zip to the build
- removed md3model

generated a new GUID for imodel.h so that we can throw in new binary with
model.dll and old md3model.dll won't get loaded (for nightly update)

TODO:
- replace md3model.dll by model.dll in setup
- add model.dll bitmap
