I have just checked in a switch of libs/jpeglib.h to
libs/radiant_jpeglib.h and updated the other sources. There should be no
more errors of using system include instead of our own libjpeg.

The 'right' solution would be to use the proper system-provided libjpeg.
But we are not going to do this on the Stable-1_2 source. It may be
something for 1.3 though.
