When you open an existing map, and only change an entity key, the "*" to
indicate a file change does not appear.

To recreate:
1 - Open an existing map
2 - Select an entity, and press N
3 - Add or alter an existing key, close window
4 - Notice that there is no indication in the title bar that the file has changed
