[Gtkradiant] [Bug 519] New: q3map 1.x wolf, terrain and surface params, bad footsteps

no ..same terrain shader... if i compile with the gray matter q3map its
fine.... compile same .map file with 1.2.7 q3map i get the footstep problem.
Only with  terrain. (using terrain2 texture).

Haven't discussed it anywhere else yet.
