[Gtkradiant] Game Support

There's WISE and VISE, two different installers by two different
companies. The commercial one is a great tool, probably better than
InstallShield. The shareware one is waaaaaay behind in terms of
functionality, and in NO WAY it can do what we are doing with IS for
GtkRadiant setup.

Before you try further explaining us why we should waste a few weeks
rewriting the setup stuff, please have a precise look at the way it is
currently done ;-)
