[Gtkradiant] project file updates

Long overdue, I've cleaned up some of the xml project loading stuff, and
updated the project files for q3 and wolf.
The Wolf default project is attached, and goes in wolf/main/scripts/. You
need to put setup/data/tools/project.dtd in radiantdir/dtds/. The q3 default
project is in setup/data/baseq3/scripts/default_project.proj and belongs in
quake3/baseq3/scripts/.
