[Gtkradiant] [Bug 589] either fix csg subtract or take the button off the tool bar

There is a use, for advanced users who have a clue what they are doing. 
That's why we would not remove it. And it's unlikely that we'd ever have 
enough time and resources to enhance it to 'something better'
