There are a few bugs to iron out, but this is a milestone. For those who
wish to try it out, read on:

First, I assume you have a sane environment. For me, this meant the
following:
#mkdir /usr/local/GtkRadiant
#mkdir /usr/local/quake3
#mount_smbfs //server/quake3 /usr/local/quake3

Next, take the compiled bins and drop them in /usr/local/GtkRadiant. For
me:
#cd /usr/local/GtkRadiant
#cp -R ~/src/GtkRadiant/install/* .

For you, probably you want to get the compiled bins (approx 3mb, compiled in
Debug) from here:
http://bsd4us.org/~lyndon/gtkradiant-1.2.10-sof2-FreeBSD-x86.tar.gz

Or if you prefer seeing what I've done to get it this far, I have a large
patch of sorts that you can get here:
http://bsd4us.org/~lyndon/GtkRadiant-1.2.10-FreeBSD-x86-patch.zip
