I made some pictures of the three textures to show how it looks like.But there
are others that are not indicated correctly.
In this ordner:

The physic clip texture on the Shuttle is almost the whole grey! Normally the

At view I took off the model filters .(In GtkRadiant)
And in the Quake3 version all textures and models are present. Also all
weapons and munitions.
In JK2Radiant all this doesn’t happen.There all textures and all *.md3 models
are indicated rightly.
I needed the same map specimen.
Only in the GtkRadiant this shit happens.
It can only be a GtkRadiant bug.
What could this be?
The whole thing is very strange and I cannot explain it.
