If you select a brush surface and open the surface inspector dialog box.
Change the surface co-ordinates and the change updates correctly in the 3d 
viewpoint fine. Press ESCAPE to close the dialog box and the surface parameters 
reset back on the brush. This problem does not occur if you use the apply 
button before closing the surface dialog box. But on certain occasions I have 
seen that even after pressing the APPLY button the brush surface values still 
change in the 3d viewpoint.

The previous versions of QER worked fine with escape ending the surface 
inspector dialog box and retaining the values. Constantly pressing APPLY for 
all surface changes is time consuming and a waste of time.
