- make texture dir search ignore files with invalid names
that is what actually needs to be done

- make surfacedialog ignore invalid names
it used to work this way, make sure it still does

- 2) game-specific method:
  make quake-specific texdefs ignore invalid names
there is no 'quake-specific' anything. Radiant doesn't deal with textures that 
have spaces in their names, all there's to say about it.
