I tried to get file uploads working, and didn't find a way yet. I'd like
to have this working for the 'submit featured work' section at
http://test.qeradiant.com/?data=submit_feat

There are a lot of tutorials and examples around on how to make it work in
php, but none of them seem to work. I suspect some server side
configuration problem.
