WindingFromDrawSurf sends back a pointline, when it overflows, radiant / q3map
crashes

there is a 'got to split buffer' message it seems, I don't remember how the
stream is broken into pieces while reporting

I have a map that exhibits the crash, gonna attach it (RTCW)
