Putting the potential code changes in a branch 'Bug_251' until all issues are
settled.

It crashes on simple entity creation if brush primitive is not being used (for
instance right click, dropping a weapon_*). Doesn't crash when using brush
primitives texture format.
Then, to basic functionality:
- create two brushes, select them, make them a func_rotating
- select one brush from the two-brushes func_rotating entity
- right click > move into worldspawn

I would expect this to move the brush back into worldspawn, and leave a
single-brushes func_rotating entity. What it does here, is moving the selected
brush back to worldspawn, and killing the func_rotating entity.

- Is this the behaviour it always had, or is this a new behaviour introduced
by the patch? In which I think it should be discussed / fixed
