Ok I was able to duplicate it somewhat.

After selecting (and keeping selected) two target_speakers that had key/values
of targetname/whatever, I have the win32 file dialog...

1.) deleting the targetname/whatever and giving them both spawnflags of 1

2.) selecting the sound button on the entity window

3.) naviagating to the sound directory and typing in *.* in the file name
(because the open dialog for some reason only looks for *.map no matter what
you are opening)

4.) choosing the new sound by double clicking the sound in the open file dialog

5.) noticing that for some rason the newly keyed ents are somehow somewhere
else other then where they were.

I also noticed by just selecting the sound button, then the new wav file, they
will do this, appearantly just place the sound ents randomly somewhere within
the map.

now this is just one way, one ent. I've noticed them moving when selecting
surrounding entites, since the nightly, but figured someone else would've
noticed that but guess not. For that, the only way to duplicate is to use 1.1.1
in general, the previous builds didn't do this (pre-nightly).
