The installer only works every other time I run it.  On the first time, and 
alternate times thereafter, it instead brings up a dialog that says "The 
InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. The system cannot 
read from the specified device."

Obviously this is no big deal if you know you can just run it again and it will 
work, but some folks may not be that persistent. :-)
