This isn't really a GtkRadiant bug; it's a gdk-win32 bug.  But since you guys 
are keeping your own modified version of Gtk-related stuff...

There's a visual error in the application of background images when using 
themes with GtkRadiant.  I've traced this to a bug in the Win32 port of Gdk and
