To make the APIs more easy to understand and learn, and given their size growth lately, using a source code documentation tool like Doxygen would be a great benefit.

I know what doxygen does fairly well, but I don't know how it does it. Though I know and can document the plugin APIs.

As an open task, we need someone to write the basic doxygen configuration files, so that we could use it to improve understandability of Radiant core and API. Writing the files so we can document the modules and the plugins would be a bonus.
