checked in the files and opened a category on the developer FAQ

Gef, I added your email gefdavis@dingoblue.net.au to the GtkRadiant group on the
FAQ. This means you can edit the content in the answer through the web, so you
will be able to keep it up to date .. this should contain documentation or links
about how to generate the docs, how to use it etc.

I don't know if a cut and paste of the doxygen documentation is needed .. maybe
a simple link will do.

the directions we need to go towards:
- new pieces of code should be written so that it is doxygen friendly
- the stuff in include/ should probably be documented first (i.e. the existing
comments processed into somethin doxygen friendly)
- in the long run we will want this documentation available online, for
browsing. This can be done with a script ran on commit .. which we need to write :-)
