Radiant remembers window positions and sizes during use, but when the editor is 
closed and started again the surface inspector and patch inspector dialogue 
boxes are all up in the upper left corner of the screen.  Map info screen and 
Entity info dialogue box also don't remember positions but move to about 350px 
below and to the right of the upper left corner.
