[Gtkradiant] compiling q3map/VC6

[gtkradiant@zerowing.idsoftware.com]

I'm trying to compile q3mapwith VC6 (learners edition), & seem to 
be missing two files (using the libxml & gtk lib on zerowing):

  l_net.h
  jpeglib.h

Where can these be found (and what else goes with them?)
