[freespace2] Little patch for OpenAL 1.1

Hi,

I've another little patch for the sound subsystem.

I recognised that the stable version of OpenAL 1.1 doesn't take
old-style initialization options anymore. So the actual initStr prevents
Freespace from starting the sound subsystem.
If you call alcOpenDevice with NULL instead of / as initStr, OpenAL
chooses the default device automatically.
