[freespace2] CVS build problem (OpenAL + amd64) and questions

Now I was able to compile and run FreeSpace 1 with OpenAL 1.1 without 
any problems.
For everyone, who doesn't want to downgrade to OpenAL 1.0 I have 
attached the modified patch.
Maybe that's a starting point for future support then.
