Nope, that's the 1.1 branch (HEAD is 1.1).  You'll need to use the
"Linux_Spec1-0" CVS tag to get the last 1.0 revision.

There will be changes made to support 1.1 but it will be a while before
I get that finished since I'm doing FS2_Open first.
