[freespace2] FS1: Playing Judas - Docking with Lucifer

Hi Taylor. I just want to apologise if you spent time investigating
that "Playing Judas" issue. I'm not sure what happened. I tried to
diagnose the problem myself by putting in a few printf's. I flew up to
the docking bay, expecting nothing to happen but to my complete
surprise, Rama came out and shot me in an instant. :-S You checked that
code in on October 1st but I definitely checked my copy out on October
18th. Weird. Oh well.
