First memleak patch

Here is the first go at a patch to fix some memleaks and other errors
reported by valgrind.  I doubt this is all of the leaks but it should
take care of the biggest ones at least.  Someone should try this patch
out by playing through an entire mission and exiting the game.  I had a
couple of segfaults pop up randomly but they should be fixed, though
this needs to be proven by someone other than myself.
