command line patch

Here's the patch for the cmdline stuff.  Anyone speak up if you want any
options changed.  I'm not sure what the client version number should be
but I made it 0.95 in this patch.  Another choice is to make it the
date, but I don't know if that's as user friendly.


cmdline.h:
  port/add options and instructions for Linux

version.h:
  add version number for Linux client

cmdline.cpp:
  port/add options and instructions for Linux

gropengl.cpp:
  support for command line window/fullscreen switch
  command line support for not grabbing mouse
