nograb command line option

I put in the -nograb option but I assumed that it should grab by
default.  Is this assumption correct?

This brings the current options to:

 -help
 -nosound
 -nomusic
 -fullscreen
 -window
 -nograb

excluding the language options.  I'm going to check out the other
built-in options (multiplayer stuff and non-debug options) and if they
work I'll put them in the help screen otherwise I'll see what needs to
be done to get them to work.  After this I'll submit a patch for the
command line options.
