New test patch for lang, cmdline, and stuff

Here is a new test patch which includes the Polish patch as well as some
additional language selection stuff I've mentioned previously. Command
line options are a bit more complete and they work with - and -- (or
more) without problem for those, like me, with a habit of using two
dashes. There is also a little work and reducing the number of compile
time warnings. This patch will also actually compile a FS2 binary now
since I previously only tried a FS1 binary. Some of the commented out
lines are to get rid of warnings but left in because they are used with
FS1 and I use #ifdef's on them in the FS1 patch. I should have time to
test out some auto detection stuff this weekend. I'm thinking that
checksumming font01.vf is probably the best way to determine language
version but I don't have enough of the different versions of the file to
be sure. Unless I come up with something else I believe that is the one
file that should be easy to test against with FS1 and FS2.

Also, for the Polish version, it may be a good idea to verify that the
checksums are the same as what's in freespace.cpp for ships.tbl and
weapons.tbl or multiplayer will detect cheating. They should be the
same but it would probably be better to find that out now than after a
release is made.
