[freespace2] Linux joystick code

I've attached the patch and the new joy-linux.cpp file.  In my copy of the 
code I renamed joy-unix.cpp as joy-sdl.cpp and made joy-unix.cpp a symlink to 
either joy-sdl.cpp or joy-linux.cpp.  There should probably be a switch in 
the Makefile to handle this.
