[freespace2] some stuff... is now in CVS

Just wanted to mention that I did do the update on Sunday so you can
grab it if you want it.  Also, for Freespace 1 users, be sure and grab
the new fs1.vp (http://icculus.org/~taylor/freespace) so you can have
the correct pan values for the mainhall menus.  This file was updated
about a month ago since testers needed it so if you've downloaded since
then don't bother re-downloading.
