[freespace2] B5 mod and stuff

I think WMCoolmon at HLP got B5 working with a minimum of FS2 content, so
that list exists.

You guys have this working with the fs2 demo (this being the icculus
release), probably a worthwhile excercise to compare that list with the
contents of the demo. You CAN redistribute the demo. But that gets hairline
thin on whether you are "making a new game" etc...
