Forgot to remove a comment from that patch.  One define in
hudreticle.ccp was commented out in the previous patch.  I've replaced
the patch so if anyone got it already you want be able to build FS2
without removing the comment lines from line 807.  Also screwed up the
position of the popup dialog buttons in FS2 but that's fixed as well.
And don't build FS1 by default.  I think that's enough screw-ups for
today ;-)

I've successfully built and run FS1 and FS2 with the new patch.  And
since I didn't mention it before... I would prefer if this didn't go in
CVS (yet).  I want a couple of the little layout bugs fixed first and it
needs a once over by someone to make sure that I didn't present any big
problems.  I'll have the remaining problems that I can fix done tomorrow
night.  If it get the OK for CVS after someone looks at it then I want
object to it going in and I'll make a new patch for the remaining things
I can fix based on the previous patch.
