yes i did do a full install.. still a noob and i have forgotten windows because this 5 year old linux server with ubuntu puts windows to shame. this linux server runs a hell of lot more smoother.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

For Windows Server, all you need to do is copy the contents from the DVD's data folder and setup your commandline. You never have to input your key for a Windows Dedi Server.<br>

I know i have never had any licensing issues. And I know there are<br>
many guys running multiple instances of it on one server too. And with<br>
that said, I was pretty sure that it was the same for a windows<br>
server....<br>

Now i have not run this thing on windows as a server, but I wonder if<br>
on Windows you are supposed to "install" the program to just b e a<br>
server, or if it is like linux (bins and running under wine), where<br>
you just need to copy the files from the disk.<br>
<br>
Maybe one of the other guys can pop in here, as this is a little<br>
outside what I have done before (Just run it under linux and not<br>
windows).<br>
