This is the drill of CoD series patches. Windows patch comes out, people
install it, they wait for the lnxded release a week or more. A wise CoD player

so next time we should encourage people not to install the patch until Linux

The only thing we can do as a community is next time, encourage our clans and
communities to not install any patches until the linux binaries are out.<br>

The linux binary delay is cake time for the Window's server hosting companies
that pay license fees to M$. This is their cake time, they need this to
be viable (which is pathetic, these anti-competitive practices are always
pathetic).<br>

But they'll always have their cake. We just need to make them stop eating
it.<br>
