FWIW a pb_sv_restart basically happens every map change which is why when he<br>sets it via console/rcon it changes to whatever is in the config. Which is<br>why I think either he's using the wrong PB folder or someone/something else
<br>out side of the game is changing the setting. Maybe GSP has a default config<br>somewhere or someone else with admin permissions keeps changing it to allow<br>duplicate cdkeys to enter the server.<br><div>
