If I ping my server from my XP PC or laptop I get response times of about 1ms or less.<br><br>When in game and press tab to look at the COD4 menu it shows 18-24 ping. Is this just the overhead required to run the game or is something wrong?
<br><br>Server specs:<br>Quad Core 2.4ghz<br>5GB RAM<br>Ubuntu 6 server edition<br><br>pretty much a plain install with no other processes eating memory or CPU.<br>
