just did a quick test to see, as ours are all centos 4 (or rh or
lower)...tried a test server on version 5 final running at 1000hz and it had
this problem, 4.4 didn't at 1000hz, so that may be an alternative as well if
a kernel recompile doesn't sort it.

with the 4.5 i never had high cpu loads, did not try/test the 5

Usage <BR><BR>Hi Everyone,<BR><BR>We usually use Fedora, but are switching
to Centos for COD2.<BR><BR>Initial tests do not look good however, on a
2.8 Xeon machine, an idle COD2<BR>is using 70% CPU.<BR><BR>Has anyone else
experienced this, and could advise what's wrong?
