Have a look at BigBrotherBot at <a href="http://www.bigbrotherbot.com">http://www.bigbrotherbot.com</a>. It uses<br>Python and mysql to maintain an administrative database, including<br>stats. It is a bit of a bear to setup, but I wouldn't do with out it.
