is going to achieve too much really, will be too many alternatives to play on,
although I agree with it in principle. Personally I'd rather start off with
keeping the servers full, and maybe get all the servers to have the same title,
something with reference to COD2, to highlight the issue ("Activision
Protest - URL" or similar at the start). That way if lots of full
servers have that in their title, and people see it in game browsers, I think
it would actually reach a lot more of the players so to speak. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

People I don't wana be the one to point this out but were going in<br>
circles. I will close my 4 servers down on the boycott, because I will <br>
try anything, anything to remove this pain in the ass and get some kind<br>
of patch out there. However I run a Linux server so I know that even if<br>
they were to release a patch I would have to wait a month for Linux <br>
version. Lol. I digress ... This boycott is a good idea... But its<br>
targeting the wrong people. Its targeting the gamers not IW, I doubt<br>
they would care 2 ticks what we did... It not guna effect them.<br>

What we have to understand is that gamers still create game ... They do <br>
... But as soon as done they hand their works over to money men... And<br>
money men are just that ... Only interested in the cash.. AC costs more<br>
money .. So they cant have it!<br>

We need to work together, not against our gamers. I think it might be an <br>
idea to draw up a list of international banned COD2 gamers and add them<br>
to your server. If we all work together and pool this info it wouldn't<br>
stop the cheating... But it would certainly slow it down.<br>
